FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

• What if I can't find the pre-pay event link on your website to order pictures? If the pre-pay link for the specific event you wish to order from is not available, then the pre-pay event has expired and you will have to place a second chance order using your child's access code and the second chance sports or the second chance schools order link. 

• How do I get my child's access code? Your child's access code is provided for you on an insert that is included in their picture package. You can expect picture packages to be returned to your child's school or coach approximately 3 to 4 weeks after picture day. The link to order is on my website as well as on the insert inside the picture package. If you request your child's access code via email, text, or message please allow up to two business days for the access code. 

• What if I receive my order and it is incomplete or wrong? Please notify me of incomplete or incorrectly filled orders by emailing lccphotography@yahoo.com and providing your child's first and last name, school or team name, and what was wrong with your order. 

• How do I participate in retakes? Absentee & Retake picture day is typically 6 weeks out from original picture day. If you are getting a retake because of an error on my end please notify me and there will be no charge - otherwise the retake fee is $5.00. You are required to bring back your original picture package on retake day if you wish to have retakes ordered. There are no sports photo retakes.

Because the students and athletes we photograph are minors, it is against the law (Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule known as COPPA) for us to post publicly images of minor students and athletes.
